Ok, here's a poll that won't close to soon and cover more cars.       I've split the 66 and 67, added the 500 and Daytona, and added the 80's Shelby Chargers.   I'm gonna let this poll run for a long time so it will be more accurate.   I'm not going to bother with the "new" chargers or the late 70's.     My vote is still the same though.......1968

My fellow Americans, Remember to vote with your heart.  Ask yourself what would John Wayne do.   Well, You're damn right he'd vote for 68.     :icon_smile_wink:

Instead of my fellow Americans I should have said my fellow charger lovers.  Just want to be fair.    They didn't make a Charger in 1980 did they?      I know these polls don't really mean anything it's just for fun.   Like I said in the other thread we have way more members than before and I'm pretty sure the average age is lower.
So that makes it interesting to see what flavors people like.

kinda reminds me of the Florida elections of years ago...someone else won and had to have recounts so all votes were dismissed

yea..kinda pointless now to play, it will get deleted again if a certain year doesn't win

skip68

No.   I just wanted to do a better poll with better options and longer running.     :icon_smile_wink:   I was only teasing about the 70 registry guys.   I can still see this being a real toss up between the 68, 69 and 70.   The 70's have gotten way more popular.

Where is that car from?

From a video game promotion i think it was called interstate 76 or something, they modified a charger then gave it away in a contest or something

I voted for 68, The year that saved the charger from extinction, was gonna do 66 since it was the one that started it all, but that didn't seem like a good enough reason  :scratchchin:

I agree does not even have the modern charger up there....

I own a 3rd generation charger (1971)   its a slim ! Slim ! Margin for me but the 1968 is it . Circle tail lights and hideaway headlights . It's the stand out of all the rest. Then 1971 and all the rest.

I'm curious if everyone owns the car they voted  for.
