How much engine paint/ header coating will i need

i will be using the mopar perf spray paint which is 11 ounces,l will one can be enough fo my 383 valve covers to oil pan?
And Ihave also found a thermal coating for headers from summit it is in a 4oz can

No way!   Especially if you are using the MP stuff.   Out of a case of 6 cans you will be lucky that 3 will work!   Their cans are notorious for failing (wont spray)
Also the paint is quite watery with very poor coverage.   
I used 3½-4 cans to do my 440

Any other companies that sell the street hemi orange paint...and hows about the headers?

Seems that a lot like to use Plastikote....I think its all the same crap just with a different label
