. but the Convos.  :2thumbs: :yesnod:

Yeahhh, after looking at both sets I'm thinking the Convos would look good on the 68 I'm building (especially with the dark blue metallic paint I'm using). Too bad I didn't live closer. If Bill was selling them I would take them off his hands.

Sorry NH, but the Convo's aren't going anywhere.
I keep them as a second set for the "Day 2" look.

 Not a problem. I'm thinking about going with 17" or 18"'s. But that decision can wait until a later date. What are you running for tire sizes on your other cars??

Sure.
The Convo's were mounted on 295/50/15's on the rear & 235/60's for the front.
My '69 has 245/40/18's on the front and 295/35/19's on the rear.
My '70 just has 15" rallye's on it with repro F-60 Polyglas GT's.

Hi Bill,

Love both looks, but the convo's are more appealing to me as that is the set I want for my build. I know your tire sizes (295/50/15 rear 235/60/15 fronts), but what are the rim sizes, offsets and back spacing (if you don't mind sharing that is)?
Make it idiot proof, and somebody will make a better idiot!

Of course I don't mind sharing!
Rears are 15x10 with a 5" backspace.
Fronts are 15x7 with a 3-3/8" backspace.
Both were off the shelf availability from Centerline, bought them years ago thru Summit. They fit fine with no rubs.
