I have never seen this before and its really starting to get to me so some one please help! Rebuilt front suspension on a 69 charger one side drops after you set the ride height and move the car a couple of feet, it completely unloads the torsion bar on the one side. The arm has had a new bushing installed, the  reassembly was followed per the service manual. I marked every point on that side of the car that related to the torsion bar lower control arm assembly and the only place the mark showed movement was the pivot shaft pin to bushing. Is the pivot shaft slipping in the pin allowing the torsion bar to unload? The only other observation I have maid is that the torsion bar adjuster cam on that control arm is loose as with the control arm out I can turn that cam anywhere I want by hand and the other control arm for the other side is very tight, I could not dream of turning that cam by hand. Is the lower control arm just simple worn out or am I missing something else? I have checked the install of the torsion bars and they are correct right to left I have had the new bushing replaced a second time and each time I assembled the parts according to the factory manual. please help I have never had any problems with a front suspension like this!
Thank you!

Check for a striped thread on the adjuster, when adjusting jack up the car to take the weight off it, don't get under the car without taking the weight of it cause if the thread strips out you will have the car land on you.

The adjusters interchange with A and E body cars, but NOT anything else.
They were made in both fine thread and coarse.

Those things had two different possible thread pitches?  That's news to me.

What's the story on the difference?

I have already check the adjusters and they are good no striped threads I can get to a point were I crank them in and have no adjustment left as the cam that the adjuster rides in is pushed so far up.

The rear anchor isn't rusted/turning. may be some pics may help spot something wrong.
When you pushed the torsion bar into the lower control arm hex did you have the suspension hanging down. maybe you need to have it readjusted, and you pushed it in when it was up too high if you know what i mean.
