Well in a space of 48 hours i flew from alaska to louisvillie then Buffalo where i rented a pickup and drove 550 miles into Canada to buy a Ramcharger hood (been looking for 5 years) then to Richmond Va to drop it off at my brothers house. After a 5 hour nap back on a plane to Anchorage. I haven't decided if it was cool or crazy...but I got my hood   ;D

Complete except for air box and actuator

Nice !! I wonder if it is the hood from my 71 ?

AKcharger

Perhaps? I got it from a guy named Francis in Wellin. He's got a few nice 3rd gens.

I work as a pilot for a small airline up here in AK so I can jumpseat for free. Took UPS down and Delta and Alaska back...so whole trip cost $225 for truck rental and gas  ;)

Cool trip.

Sometimes the trip is a lot more fun than trying to refinish the part.
