Your opinions please. Within there intermediate price range, what auto loader shotgun would be your preferences......Remington, Mosberg or Ithaca?

Restoring a charger is like a saying I heard along time ago "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it".... Jesus I wish I could remember who said that...

If you are looking for a hunting-type autoloader, I only have experience with a Remington.  I have never shot an autoloader from Mossberg or Ithaca.

Plenty of Remington11-87's or 1100's used in pawn shops around here and that is what I would be looking for. If you can go with a fixed-choke barrel an older 1100 would be my choice. If you want or need screw-in chokes, an 11-87 would be a good choice.

Actually, I prefer Brownings (just me) and they should be around the same price used. Berettas of the 390 series are nice also

If you are looking for a new shotgun, I really cannot help you as I am not familiar with any of them

Remington's are plentiful and relatively cheap, also easy to get parts for should something break.

The Benelli M4 would be the Hemi of semi auto shotguns.  :coolgleamA:

A Benelli, Saiga or Tolot VEPR12 would def be my preference were they in my budget range......especially the VEPR despite their need for a bit of work in the shell ejection area.

I'm hearing same same opinions regarding Remington's and Mossbergs. I like the option of different chokes for different uses too and the availability of parts.

Thanks guys.
