69 bee losing brake pressure while driving

Got a question for you guys. My 69 bee will lose all brake pressure while the car is driving. When i manage to get the car stopped the pedal gets firm again. I have a PST manual brake master cylinder and the car is manual drum brakes all the way around. Not losing fluid out of the master. Anyone have any ideas where I can start troubleshooting? Thanks.

I'd be more inclined to thing the MC is bypassing internally.

I just wanted to shoot an update on here. Adjusted the brake shoes and now I have brakes that work. First time they have really felt right in like 4 years. Thanks for the help. :2thumbs: :cheers:
