?how to remove shoulder belt retaining clips on a 70?

does anybody know how to remove the shoulder belt retaining clips mounted to the headliner on a 70 charger? I see the screws behind the plastic to hold the metal clips to the headliner but I don't see how to slide off the plastic part without damaging it.

Pop one end and that will reveal the hardware behind it

Thanks for the suggestion. I finally got it figured out.  I pryed real hard and was able see that there is a tab that keeps it on. Of course the one I started with had the tab bent way too far. It was smooth sailing after the first one!
