Engine Compartment Plastic Brackets/clips

What were these plastic parts used for.  I removes 3 of them and not sure if they are remnants of broken clips.  I show where 1 was located but forgot where the other 2 were located.  Any in-sight.  Thank you

Those are taped to the 3 vacuum line "harness" that run down the drivers side inner fender for the vacuum reservoir can as well as the headlight actuators...they are the retainers that hold it to the inner fender
