adding elec. acessories

I would like to add the ignition (key) light and the dome light on the dashboard.

is it as easy as plugging into the factory harness. it looks like the dash harness has plugs already for these accessories but they were never ordered with my car.

Basically yes.  There is a time delay relay and such with the ignition light but plug in and go in many ways.

with diagrams is something you can do it by yourself making the extra harnesses. Underdash harnesses are set already for that.

Sometimes you can simply search on ebay and boards for a full sets being sold to add accesories.

I have done both, untill get fulley equipped my car ( but powered windows )

In his case, the harness does already include the plug in for a map light and ignition light though.
