 its hlpag/ true musclecars.com , or a buddy or something to do with them , STAY AWAY , advertising world wide , been following a number of their ads ,  they were also advertising a load of charger parts on Ebay in  south africa some time ago !!  mabe be a year or two ago  , only come across them by accident after doing a search    ,




 truemusclecars / hlpag ,  & their other out let in california  plus this guy in oregon  all had links to each web sites & or alot of the same chargers identical pictures etc even the yard where the pictures were taken were hlpag & of same photo venue , or same car in a work shop , while other place had pictures out side etc
not saying there is any definite link , but don't look good , stay away
