Chad Knaus is only suspended for four races and fined $25,000. Last year Todd Berrier was suspended for four races and fined $25,000 AND 25 driver pointswere taken from Harvick and 25 owner points were taken from Childress.

For this same Daytona 500, Phillipe Lopez was fined $25,000 and 25 driver points and owner points were taken away from Terry Labonte and Hall of Fame Racing.

Good question. Really makes me sick sometimes as well. But what do ya do?
I'm still going to enjoy it for as long as it's still around and hope something changes soon to stop that frustrating crap from happening.
