I've never done it, but I'd say  the major components would work.  I say you'd probably have to get the hoses made.

Depends on whether you have a BB and looking at a SB set up. The SB to BB and Vice Versa, won't work without ALOT of fab work.

Not aware of ANY Volare Set ups that were BB factory, so....

Underdash Evaporator will be different for different heater boxes.
I'd say your better off finding a Charger/B-body specific unit/set up.

Yeah I don't think that would work, it won't be a direct bolt in I can tell you that.  Unless you can find all 69 parts, which is getting pretty hard, you may want to get an upgrade kit from classicautoair.com.  They make everything including the hard lines.

in all honesty --  no...    B-body to B-body only - and even those are year to year differences.
