I am currently looking for someone that specializes in Mopar engines and has their own machine shop with the capability to put the engine on a dyno.  I have collected over 4 years all the correct date code parts for a '69 440 minus the rotating assembly (which I would like to have new).  I want to build the motor back to original specs (I want a reliable cruiser that I can have fun with once in a while).  If there are no shops that anyone knows of in the Central New York area does anyone know of anyone in the North East?  I would appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks for your time.
