Clevite H rod bearing question

Hey all, My son and I are in the midst of our 440 build using H series Clevite bearings and upon inspection of the rod bearings I purchased from Summit Racing I find that the bottom rod bearing has a dowel pin hole for use with aluminum rods. We are using the stock rods. Any problems with using the H Rod bearings with a dowel pin hole on a stock rod? Opinions welcome. I also have a set of the P rod bearings without the dowel pin hole. I cannot find H rod bearings for sale without the hole (at least at Summit).
