69 charger 500

Need some feedback,took a look at a 500 today, rusty n.y. car, it was complete but not number matching,440 auto console hasn't run in 25 years.
Needs two rears & one cross rail, trunk lid is shot,needs new metal all around, silver with black interior & vinyl top {how rare is that}
Any body have any idea  what i should pay & what is it worth when restored?

if its a factory silver car its pretty rare
   with out pictures and if its all there i'm going to take a stab of a guess at 20k

I'd say ANY of the vinyl top '69 500's are very rare. 
And a silver one to boot?

Sounds like the same pair of 500's that have been linked together for about 15 years now. Always changing hands as a pair. I'd say for the pair $18-20K tops. From what I remember of the cars they are pretty rough.

The guy has had them for 25 years, the one car ran & the other he found picked clean in a junk yard,he had to cut a tree out of the engine
