The Malvo kid was tried and convicted in the peples republic of Maryland   noway they would use the death penalty....is partner was convicted in Virginia...they were more than happy to use it....they killed in both states...virginia wanted to excute them both but Maryland wouldn't give them the kid...these were state charges....not federal....this kid will be charged at the federal lavel...not state....

I say if you do crimes in our country like a third world country that you love so much, then you should be sentenced for your crimes just as they would in those barbaric countries.   Death penalty will prevent him from living a lifetime in prison spreading his words of hate.   What a tool.   Probably sucked into this from his older brother.  These types of criminals (terrorists) should not be aloud outside contact and a swift death sentence is a must because of the high level of threat they impose.

I can't argue with that.  But, I do wonder if trying him as a common criminal wouldn't be more demeaning to him and his cause. 

I would guess he'd feel much less like a martar being sentenced to death (or to rot in a hole) in some common courtroom by a jury of blacks, hispanics, and women.

The older brother was in the process of being handcuffed by police officers when his younger brother ran him over with the hijacked SUV and dragged him down the road while escaping from police.
The brothers were part of 12 man terrorist sleeper cell according to the FBI. There are currently two others in custody.

Unfortunately, you can't just blame the current administration for this. At least the previous three administrations should have done something long ago, but didn't, or did very little. That being said, will the Big O really do anything to solve this problem we have now? I highly doubt it.

You're absolutely right. All this concern about offending people in particular minority groups, refugees and people with different religous beliefs shows the government has no back bone.  And in the end..........that offends me. But do they give a rats arse about that? I'm affraid not.

It just seems that a majority of all these attacks that kill not only Americans here in the USA, but people in other countries all have ties to the Muslim religion. And it appears to me that in the name of political correctness so as not to offend anyone, the government downplays all of this. If we need to bring back racial profiling, even if it only saves one life it would be worth it. It's not the same world that it was when I was a kid. The government needs to grow a set, and step up and strike first, not after our children are killed.

I agree with NHCharger.        Far as these toolbag bombers, I still don't think we know for sure what the whole story is.   If what I read on the web is true that this sleeper cell has spent years planning then there must be more bad things to come.   These two pawns could've been a trial run for something bigger or more widespread.    Boy,  I hope not .......

Except for the fact that it was NOT an religion that did this. You cannot hold a group for what a few did. Yet this is the regular thing to do here.. I see this everywhere. One black person is said to have done something and it becomes ALL THOSE N----S!!!!! One Indian and it's ALL THOSE,,,,,, ...  Many people prove themselves to be a pile of shit every day, but we don't label the entire RACE of WHITE PEOPLE or some dope from Texas and we don't launch war against TEXAS!!!! I will say one more thing on this matter that I wish more people would understand and let sink into their own lives. People in the armed forces live by a code. We all have our own beliefs, but we all live by 1 code. I can tell you I would fight for any one of your lives to the death even if we were 180* apart in our thoughts. We could be arguing politics or religion as the rockets or torpedo's launched, but every guy I was in with and knew then and now would be there for me and me them..   What you watched on TV during 9/11 and Boston and every other lousy f'ing thing puts my soul right back there.. I wish everyone here had that same thought... Up and down the ranks we fight as one or die.....
