thickness of headlight bucket

Hello, this thread is to identify who is reproducing the best Dayton fiberglass headlight buckets/doors based off  original pieces.  I'm sure this has been researched in the past, however, I may not know of new places that are reproducing parts.
I took (average) measurements of original fiberglass Daytona headlight buckets using vernier calipers.  I placed the tool along the top trailing edge in 3 areas to get an average. 

Right Original Door/bucket average:           .126 inch (no paint)
Left Original Door/bucket average:             .134 inch (no paint)

I have two Reproduction Daytona headlight buckets(R and L). I took measurements of these buckets because one of them was much thinner then the other. I do not know who made each one of these.

Right Reproduction Door/Bucket average:  .090   (no paint)
Left Reproduction Door/Bucket average:    .154   (no paint)

As you can see, the Left Reproduction is .154 which is the closest to original(much thicker).  The one that is .090 is 44 thousands thinner then the Left original.  How can it be that my reproduction fiberglass headlight buckets R and L are 64 thousands difference in thickness?  One is flimsy and the other is stout(like original). My question is:
Did these two headlight buckets/doors come from the same Repop  vender or because of the difference in thickness, are they from two different venders?  I hope Mike Dayclona or others have an answer.  Thanks, Steve
