I just put the deck lid on my 1968 charger. How do I adjust the fit to match the gaps on both sides? I have an half inch on one side and 1/8 on the other . thanks in advance

Are the gaps even front to back?  If not, make sure they are.  Once the gaps are nice and straight open the trunk and push it over to the side with the wider gap.  This bends the hinges.  You can repeat the process until the gaps are even on both sides.  Be carefull not to hit the quarter!
