Petty Blue Superbird in Washington in the '70's

I am trying to track the history of my 'Bird prior to 1979. I know the car had been in El Salvador in the 80's and I know the history since. It was last recorded in 1979 in LA
While dismantling my 'Bird, I found a business card that had fallen and lodged it self behind the heater box.
It is KEMPS MOTEL, Blaine, Washington. Contact Harry A Kemp ph 332 0501.

Could Harry have been the original owner, or had the car driven through Blaine.
Does anybody know of a Petty Blue, White interior, 4 speed 'Bird around this area in the '70's?
