Charger 500 seats question , seat adjuster knob ?

These seat came out of a 69 charger 500 , all the read seat upholstery had the same 68 dates inside them on the back side once i got all the uphostery ripped off them .

  Question was just installing them in the 69 charger i sold and i noticed the passenger side seat adjuster knob was chrome , while the driver side is black .   It this an early production date  vs. late date like the door handle pushes ?

  I would imagine one broke on these seat and was replaced with what was avalible at the time .

went through pictures of about 20 C500's so far. I have not found a single one with a chrome buttom on the side for the front to back adjustment.

The 6-way option by default is going to have the chrome knob. Not that it matters, but my former '71 Survivor Charger R/T which I bought from the original owner had a 6-way seat. The knobs were chrome as well as the passenger side. So, maybe 6-way equipped cars got chrome on both seats?

Food for thought........ Any 6-way seat '69 owners out there?
