Hi guys,i have a one question for the exaust
In my 440 fresh rebuild the temp in the exaust colector is around 180~230C,this temp is to high or normaly for this car, thanks for all

Check me on this - celsius of 180-230 is fahrenheit of 356-446.  My collectors once got measured at 400F after a real hot run. The pipes were at 800F. So I would say yes, that 180-230 is a normally operating range for the collectors.

many thanks 68x426 , I was scared  :o when I rebuilt my first American car with a Mercury 51 255ci temperatures in the collectors remember they were much lower, so when I turned on my 440 for the first time in my charger 68 and saw that the two central tubes collectors exhaust wore at this temperature and even at times when it is night or dark as I get a little incandescent because the truth is that I'm scared, I'm glad it's normal, greetings and thanks once again.
